On Oct. 23, Innovative Services Northwest, a nonprofit social services agency, and the Parent Coalition will hold a legislative candidates' forum. All candidates for state legislative districts 49, 17, 18 and 15 are invited. The forum will be from 7 p.m. to 9 .m. at the Heathman Lodge, 6801 N.E. Greenwood Drive in Vancouver.

Hockinson High School will host a candidate forum Oct. 25,featuring Republican and Democratic nominees for the 17th and 18th district legislative races.  All eight candidates for the four House seats have been invited to the forum, to begin 7 p.m. in the high school library. The school is at 16819 N.E. 159th St.

On Nov 4, Local town meeting with both candidate for Clark County Clerks position for Debate. Public citizens are welcome to have discussions on all of the import issues with both candidates. Location (TBA) Stay post on time & location.
